A Lifetime Ago

It seems a lifetime ago that I made my last post in this blog, and yet it was a mere two years. So much has transpired that I shudder to think of it all. I've been up and down to extremes that I never knew were possible. I've been on one side of the country and then the next; with my family, and then plunged into the depths of the unknown, into the unfamiliar surroundings of a whole new world, where the possibilities were - ARE - endless.

And so, having established my new life and becoming settled into it, I write from a new perspective, and aim to share it with you, my readers. I will pour out my heart to you in ways I never have before in the hopes that someone, somewhere, will read something and have it touch his or her life in a permanently altering way.

And so begins the fresh journey to find the imprisoned light within myself. At 32, it is hardly the time to begin a new life journey, and yet, there seems no better time.

So here I take the first step...
